What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide an outstanding buying experience from start to finish
- Help customers find the right vehicle based on their lifestyle, needs, and budget
- Demonstrate vehicle features, arrange test drives, and explain financing and protection options
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships using CRM software
- Work closely with our finance and management teams to ensure a seamless purchase process
- Stay current on vehicle knowledge, industry trends, and OMVIC regulations
- Consistently deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Valid OMVIC Certification (required)
- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented personality
- Comfortable using technology, social media, and CRM systems
- Professional attitude with strong organizational skills
- Valid Ontario G-Class driver’s licence
