Homefield Advantage HVAC is looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC/R Installer to join our growing team. We are the residential division of a commercial HVAC/R company that has been around for 20 years. Our new residential division is growing quickly, with contracts for over 150 new homes, and many one-off residential installs. This position offers a mix of residential installation work and commercial HVAC/R projects.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in clean workmanship, and wants to grow with a company focused on quality service and long-term relationships.
Position Overview
- Full-time, permanent position
- Split between residential installs and commercial HVAC/R work
- Competitive pay based on experience, with a benefits allowance
- Company truck
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC equipment including furnaces, air conditioners, ductless systems, and water heaters
- Assist with commercial HVAC/R installations, retrofits, and service-related work
- Complete installations safely, efficiently, and to code
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
Requirements
- Valid Ontario 313A or 313D License
- Valid G2 Gas Technician License
- Experience in residential HVAC installation - ability to install a variety of home comfort equipment independently.
- Commercial HVAC/R experience considered a strong asset
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- HVAC diagnostic experience
