Job Description
SpeechAim offers an enriching work environment fostering collaboration between our passionate SLPs and CDAs. Together, we deliver top-notch speech and language assessment and therapy services, both virtually across Ontario and in the comfort of our clients’ homes, daycares, and workplaces.
As an SLPA / CDA at SpeechAim, you will have the opportunity to connect with clients in Toronto and the surrounding regions. This in-person connection allows for an organic skill generalization into their day-to-day lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Offer intervention to children with various speech & language delays and disorders, such as receptive & expressive language, articulation, and phonology.
- Operate under the direct supervision of a speech-language pathologist.
- Maintain accurate records in line with the standards set by the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
- Engage in caregiver education and offer practice materials for home settings.
Requirements
- Graduate certificate in Communicative Disorders Assistant.
- Active membership with the Communicative Disorders Assistant Association of Canada (CDAAC).
- Experience working with the autistic population is an asset
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and possess strong communication skills.
- Multi-lingual proficiency is an added advantage.
- Must carry professional liability insurance.
- Reliable access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
