This is a true 360 recruitment opportunity where you'll manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new client relationships and growing your own portfolio
- Building and managing a profitable recruitment desk
- Winning retained and contingent search assignments
- Recruiting, interviewing, and placing high-calibre candidates
- Managing searches from intake through offer negotiation and placement
- Growing long-term client and candidate relationships
- Achieving and exceeding personal billing goals

- Legal authorization to work in Canada
