Job Summary
We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists. Priority will be given to Millers but those with a strong overall CNC Machining background are encouraged to apply.
The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Independently set up and operate CNC machines
- Machine medium-to-large sized custom industrial steel components
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Perform first-article and in-process inspections
- Adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets to maintain quality
- Use overhead cranes to safely move materials and parts
- Maintain machines and tooling in good working condition
- Collaborate with team members to solve production challenges
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional CNC machining experience with an emphasis on Milling
- Strong, independent setup and operation skills
- A background in machining custom steel parts
- Confidence in handling medium to large scale components and materials
- The ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Skills in the use of calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators
- The ability to safely and confidently operate overhead cranes
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
- Red Seal / Journeyman certification (an asset but not required)

Pay, Benefits & Schedule
Pay Range: Up to $46/hr (Based on experience and skillset)

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Day Shift)
