Summary
We are seeking a Range Officer to join our team in Stouffville. This vital role involves ensuring safety, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining our high standards across our facilities. As a Range Officer, you will contribute directly to our mission of delivering an outstanding shooting experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist visitors with their needs.
- Have ability and flexibility to works nights, weekends, store closings, to meet the needs of the business
- Monitor shooting lanes and maintain a safe environment.
- Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the range facilities.
- Report any incidents or safety concerns promptly.
- Support the team in daily operations to uphold Target Sports Canada's standards.
Qualifications
- Must have valid RPAL - Required
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Prior experience in a safety-sensitive environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Knowledge of firearm safety regulations is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
