We are seeking a passionate and engaging Ballroom Dance Teacher to join our vibrant dance studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dance instruction, with the ability to inspire students of all ages and skill levels. Responsibilities
- Teach ballroom dance techniques and routines to students of varying ages and experience levels
- Develop customized lesson plans that cater to individual student needs and learning styles
- Create a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages student engagement and confidence
- Lead group classes, workshops, and special events as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment
- Collaborate with studio staff to promote upcoming classes and events through various channels
Qualifications
- Proven experience in ballroom dance
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with students of all ages
- Demonstrated ability to teach dance techniques clearly and effectively
