Community Partnerships & Business Development Coordinator
Job Summary
We are a growing multi-disciplinary healthcare clinic focused on delivering exceptional patient care through physiotherapy, massage therapy, kinesiology,Reflexology,Orthotics and wellness services. The Community Partnerships & Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, local businesses, sports organizations, community groups, and other referral sources. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building partnerships, creating opportunities, and making a meaningful impact within the healthcare industry.
Community Partnerships & Outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, community organizations, sports teams, gyms, and local businesses.
- Identify and develop new referral sources and partnership opportunities.
- Represent the clinic at networking events, community events, health fairs, and local initiatives.
- Coordinate community outreach and engagement activities.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships that support clinic growth.
Business Development
- Assist in implementing business development initiatives and growth strategies.
- Track and monitor referral sources and partnership performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase patient referrals and community awareness.
- Support corporate wellness and workplace health initiatives.
- Research new markets, partnership opportunities, and community programs.
Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Assist with local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Support social media, community engagement, and brand awareness efforts.
- Coordinate clinic participation in sponsorships and community events.
- Gather community feedback and identify opportunities to improve patient engagement.
Relationship Management
- Maintain ongoing communication with referral partners and community contacts.
- Provide regular updates to leadership regarding outreach efforts and partnership opportunities.
- Ensure a professional and positive representation of the clinic at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, marketing, community engagement, healthcare outreach, sales, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
