At Dexypaws, we're passionate about creating innovative, high-quality products for pets and the people who love them. As we continue to grow across Canada and the United States, we're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accounting Clerk to support our finance team.

Duties
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Enter and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents to ensure accuracy
- Support credit card, bank, and account reconciliations
- Assist with customer and vendor account inquiries
- Prepare and maintain financial records and supporting documentation
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist the Finance Manager with reporting, analysis, and administrative tasks
- Help prepare basic financial reports and summaries
- Maintain organized accounting files and records
- Support inventory and operational accounting processes as required
- Assist with identifying discrepancies and resolving accounting issues
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks is required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Position Details
- Part-Time (15–20 hours per week)
- Flexible schedule during operating hours of 830am-4pm
- Reports directly to the Finance Manager
