Key Responsibilities
- Perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately and efficiently
- Complete installations and system upgrades as required
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Keep company vehicle and inventory organized and well-stocked
- Follow all safety policies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Journeyman Refrigeration Technician certification (or equivalent)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Gas B ticket is considered a strong asset
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality workmanship
