Plumbs Up Plumbing & Drains is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Position Details:
- Part-Time Hours Leading to potentially full-time
- Hybrid Potential – Work from home & in-office flexibility

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Book service appointments accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain clear communication with field staff
- Manage scheduling adjustments as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience booking calls (dispatching an asset)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- ServiceTitan experience is an asset
- Positive attitude and team mindset
