We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team!
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) reports directly to the Distribution Manager and is responsible for maintaining customer accounts, receiving and processing orders, in addition to providing day-to-day general administrative support to the Order Desk and Sales team.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Accurately process customer orders (data entry).
- Answer customer phone calls and emails.
- Prepare invoices, pick tickets, labels, and shipping documents.
- Review orders and invoicing for accuracy.
- Follow up on any order discrepancies, shortages, product availability, or delivery concerns.
- Assist in scheduling and coordination of order pickups and deliveries.
- Direct liaison between sales, production, and distribution team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, and on schedule.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team including; documentation, reporting, and maintaining vendor/customer account information.
- Assist the sales team with making direct store calls for order generation and processing.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1-3 years general office administration & support.
- 1-2 years of customer service, order entry, or inside sales experience.
- Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, food production, or wholesale environment is considered an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is preferred.
- Post secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred, but not required
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (outlook, excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Experience working with ERP systems is considered an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
Other Information
Schedule: Permanent, full time (Monday – Friday) no weekends
Shift: 7:30AM – 4:00PM
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available after successful completion of probationary period (3 months)
Pay: $39,520.00-$43,680.00 per year
