NOW HIRING: Customer Service Representative
LOCATION: Centennial Carstar Dartmouth, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia
HOURS: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
WAGES: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour + benefits. (Negotiable based on experience)
THE PERFECT FIT:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who prioritizes exceptional service and brings a warm, welcoming, and approachable demeanor to the role. Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills are key, as you’ll be facilitating rental transactions, assisting customers with bookings, vehicle pick-ups, and returns, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. While previous experience is a plus, it’s not required, we’re ready to train the right candidate.

Greeting customers and providing a warm welcome

Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries

Scheduling appointments

Assisting customers with rental information and options

Processing car rental reservations and payments

Handling customer inquiries and concerns

Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction

Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

Assisting with administrative tasks and filing documents
