Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking person join our team. This role is essential in supporting various construction projects by performing physically demanding tasks and assisting skilled tradespeople. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow safety protocols, and a willingness to learn new skills. Prior experience in construction is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable industry experience and develop a career in construction.
Duties
- Assist skilled workers such as carpenters and operators with their tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety compliance
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery with proper training and supervision
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is advantageous but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different job sites and tasks
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

Pay: $20.00-$34.44 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
