- Employee expense report processing, policy compliance review, and reimbursement coordination
- Routine bank postings, recurring journal entries, and transactional payroll postings
- Credit card transaction coding and reconciliation
Close Support
- Complete assigned month-end close tasks including recurring journal entries, prepaid and accrual support schedules, bank reconciliation preparation, and transactional documentation — ensuring all deliverables are accurate, on time, and audit-ready
- Flag data anomalies, coding issues, or unprocessed transactions for resolution prior to close
Data Quality
- Maintain clean vendor master data, coding accuracy, and transaction documentation standards
- Identify and escalate process gaps or recurring transactional issues that create downstream rework
-

- 5+ years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, or transactional accounting experience, with demonstrated ownership of AP processes in a multi-entity or high-volume environment
- Proficiency with ERP or accounting software; NetSuite or similar preferred
- High attention to detail, high-volume processing accuracy, and strong deadline orientation
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA pursuit enrolled or planned - actively supported by the company and considered a strong asset
- Experience in a technology company or high-growth environment in Canada
- Exposure to expense management tools such as Float, Concur, or similar
- Familiarity with PO-based purchasing workflows or inventory-adjacent transaction environments
- Demonstrated experience using AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot or similar) to support reconciliation, documentation, and process improvement, with sound judgment around confidentiality and data quality
