We are looking for a skilled and reliable Countertop Installer to join our team at Elegant Stone. The installer will be responsible for the safe delivery, handling, fabrication support, and professional installation of quartz, granite, marble, porcelain, and other stone countertops for residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Install kitchen countertops, islands, backsplashes, vanities, bar tops, and fireplace surrounds
- Measure and verify job site dimensions before installation
- Safely transport and handle stone materials on-site
- Perform seam setting, leveling, polishing, and finishing work
- Install sinks, brackets, supports, and related countertop accessories
- Use hand tools and installation equipment safely and efficiently
- Read shop drawings, layouts, and work orders accurately
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Coordinate with fabricators, project managers, cabinet installers, and customers
- Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards
Requirements
- Experience installing quartz, granite, marble, or porcelain countertops
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment
- Knowledge of installation tools, adhesives, and leveling methods
- Strong attention to detail and finishing quality
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
