Job Title: General Manager
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 / year
Schedule: 7:30am-4pm can be flexible
What You’ll Do: As the General Manager, reporting to the Operations Director, you will:
- Lead with Passion: Develop and deliver exceptional restaurant service, ensuring the well-being and growth of your team.
- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and compliant environment by enforcing sanitation standards and legal regulations.
- Cultivate Team Excellence: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor management staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Enhance Guest Experience: Monitor and improve food, beverage, and service offerings, building strong relationships with patrons.
- Optimize Operations: Implement policies, standard operating procedures, and system improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Manage Inventory: Develop supplier lists, review usage reports, and take corrective actions to control purchases and inventory.
- Drive Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement marketing, advertising, and community relations programs to attract patrons.
- Achieve Financial Goals: Prepare forecasts and budgets, analyze variances, and implement strategies to meet financial objectives.

Who You Are:
- Certified Professional: Hold First Aid, Food Safe, ProServe/Smart Serve, ProTect Security Certifications, and have a recent police check.
- Knowledgeable: Understand labor standards, human rights regulations, cost accounting, financial planning, and strategic decision-making.
- Personable Leader: Genuine, vibrant, team-oriented, and skilled in customer service, making guests feel at home.
- Resourceful Problem-Solver: Solution-focused, think on your feet, and manage time effectively through planning and multitasking.
