Job Summary
We are seeking motivated, confident Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing home services company. This is a door-to-door sales role focused on helping homeowners improve their homes through attic insulation and mold remediation solutions.
If you are driven by results, comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face, and motivated by uncapped commission and performance bonuses, this role offers strong earning potential and growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned residential areas
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of attic insulation and mold remediation
- Identify customer needs and schedule qualified appointments or close deals directly
- Build trust through professional, honest, and confident communication
- Track leads, appointments, and sales activity
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in the field
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to handle rejection and stay focused on results
- Sales, construction, or home services experience is a plus
