Seeking a Property Maintenance Worker for our Niagara portfolio of Commercial properties. We are a busy property management company looking for a reliable, hard-working, and devoted member to join our team!
What you will be doing:
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to the needs of the Tenants, Property Managers and Owners
- Manage periodic and on-going Maintenance Programs
- Assessment of maintenance issues and determining efficient solutions
- Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and electrical work
- Painting and patchwork
- Minor carpentry and drywall
- Minor repairs as required
- Exterior clean-up and maintenance of properties including window cleaning, some grass cutting, weeding, gardening
- Mitigating risks and ensuring of safety protocols
- Coordinating and assisting with larger renovations of properties
- Organizing and coordinating with 3rd party contractors and tradespeople
What you bring to the team:
- Solve problems and provide solutions
- The ability to use tools and equipment properly and safely
- The ability to lift heavy objects
- A valid Driver’s Licence (minimum of Class G), maintained in good standing
- General “handyman” maintenance and construction skills
- Ability to take direction well
- Ability to think on your feet and make decisions
- a Secondary School Graduation Diploma;
- a minimum of twelve (12) months related experience including building maintenance and customer service
Other information:
General supplies and will be provided. This is a full-time position. Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm plus on-call hours that includes some evenings, weekends and holidays.
Reimbursement for gas will be provided.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
