AiNails & Spa has a medical-grade tool-sterilization standard, sterilizing all metal tools after services. We are using disposable supporting accessories such as nail files, buffers, and etc.

Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and passionate Receptionists to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in customer communication to providing exceptional customer service. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and upsell products will contribute to the overall success of our salon.
Position: Receptionist
Wage: Starting from $16, per hour
Payment period: Bi-weekly
Probation Period: 480 working hours, 160 working hours with excellent performance.
Pay-raise: Based upon working performances

Job Duties:
- Key Holder, responsible for opening and closing the shop,
- Greeting and check in & check out clients, ensuring accuracy,
- Keep working stations Clean, Sanitized, and organized between services,
- Keeping salon Clean, Sanitized, and well organized during the day,
- Refill, preparing accessories (bounties, foils, and etc.),
- Inventory clerk,
- Laundry, wash, dry and folding,
- Managing salon front desk, booking schedule, utilization on schedule and customer service.
