Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks including decks and fences, site cleanup, and preparation of work areas.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years experience with hand tools and basic construction.
- Knowledge of outdoor structures (decks and fences).
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation.
