We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to support our sales and operations teams. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day sales processes; from actioning incoming inquiries, to order fulfillment and customer account maintenance.
The successful candidate will play a key role in converting estimates into orders, maintaining accurate system data, and supporting inventory and customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and respond to the company sales inbox
- Create, monitor, and follow up on sales estimates
- Process sales orders, including invoicing and payment collection (credit cards)
- Prepare and process shipping documentation
- Place and receive purchase orders
- Coordinate stock replenishment orders
- Maintain and update customer accounts in ERP and CRM systems
- Process warranties, returns, and exchanges
- Assist with inventory management and internal coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve quote conversion rates
- Work closely with inside operations on inventory, returns, and warranty claims
You will bring:
- Completion of Grade 12 or GED
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Ability to work individually and with a team
