What You Will Do
- Clean and stage vacation homes to our standards (guest-ready every time)
- Floors, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms - the full reset
- Spot and report maintenance issues before guests do
- Coordinate with the team for smooth turnovers
- Follow safety procedures and use checklists
No experience? No problem
We provide paid training in your first week. If you show up, care, and improve - you will move up.
What We Need from You
- Must reside in Canmore, Banff, or the Bow Valley
- 18+ and legally able to work in Canada - sorry, no sponsorship
- Strong attention to detail - your superpower
- Fast pace, tight timelines - you stay calm and execute
- Positive attitude, self-starter, team player
- Able to do physical work (bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, on your feet)
- Background check
- Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s license is a strong asset
