FASTSIGNS is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Signage Production Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role primarily focused on in-house production, with occasional light installation work and site support as needed.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment producing high-quality custom signage.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain signage production equipment including: Epson SureColor S80600, Mutoh UV printer, Trotec Laser, Laminator, Vinyl plotters/cutters and Mounting and finishing equipment
- Produce and finish banners, decals, wall graphics, window graphics, ACM signs, wayfinding signage, and custom signage products
- Weed, mask, trim, laminate, mount, and apply vinyl graphics
- Prepare artwork and files for production
- Perform quality checks to ensure accurate sizing, colors, and finishing
- Package and organize completed orders for delivery or installation
- Maintain a clean and organized production area
- Assist with light signage installations when required
- Load/unload materials and assist with site preparation
- Work closely with designers and project managers to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Experience in signage production, print production, or a related graphics environment preferred
- Experience operating large-format printers and production equipment is an asset
- Familiarity with vinyl application and finishing techniques
- Basic installation experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable lifting materials and being on your feet throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license preferred
