NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED EXTERIOR INSTALLER & Labourer
R. Baker and Sons Exteriors is looking for a skilled and reliable Experienced Exterior Installer to join our growing team.
Position Requirements:
Ability to work independently on site without supervision
Strong knowledge and installation experience with:
Vinyl and specialty siding products
Soffit and fascia
Custom flashing and metal work
Exterior finishing details and trim
Ability to read plans and problem-solve in the field
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Must have own transportation to and from work
Valid driver’s license preferred
Own hand tools considered an asset
Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded

Experienced installer (lead hand / crew lead experience an asset) & labourer
