Job Title: Sales Representative (Door-to-Door) – Seasonal

Pay: $17.60 – $40+/hour | Commission-Based | Minimum Wage Guaranteed
Hours: 20–30 hours/week | 5 days/week including weekends
About Us
RASHIDOV CLEANING is a growing cleaning services company serving York Region. We're expanding our client base and looking for motivated, people-oriented sales representatives to join our team this summer.
The Role
This is a cold canvassing role. You will be visiting homes and businesses across York Region that have had no prior contact with us, introducing our cleaning services from scratch, and closing sales on the spot. If you enjoy meeting new people and thrive in a challenge, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Cold canvass residential and commercial properties in either Newmarket, Aurora, Richmond Hill, and Vaughan
- Introduce and sell our cleaning services directly to new potential customers
- Close sales on the spot and hand off confirmed clients to our operations team
- Perform a price estimate on the spot to the potential customer for the cleaning service before closing the sale
- Track daily visits and report results
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable approaching strangers
- Able to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Access to transportation is an asset but not required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Compensation
- Pay range: $17.60 – $40+/hour
- All representatives are guaranteed to earn no less than Ontario's general minimum wage ($17.60/hr) for every hour worked, in accordance with the Employment Standards Act
- Commission rate: 15–20% per job sold (confirmed in writing prior to start date)
- Earning potential of $40+/hour is based on projected sales performance and is an estimate - individual results will vary based on effort and market conditions
- No cap on commissions
- Mileage and transportation costs are not reimbursed
