Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Take food and beverage orders from restaurant patrons, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Assist guests with menu selections, special requests, and dietary needs as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and dining space
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with tact and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary
- Support other hotel or restaurant operations as required to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or restaurant serving is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse guests
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and guest service protocols is advantageous
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry enhances suitability for this role

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
