MyVIPConcierge is currently hiring a full-time Residential Concierge to join our team at a professional residential condominium property in Calgary.
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and professional individual with a strong background in concierge, hotel, hospitality, or residential front desk service. The ideal candidate must have previous concierge and/or hotel experience, with a minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred.

About the Role
As a Residential Concierge, you will be responsible for providing a professional, welcoming, and secure front desk experience for residents, guests, contractors, and property management.
This role requires strong communication skills, excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a residential building environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents, guests, contractors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and assist with general inquiries
- Monitor building access and ensure only authorized individuals enter the property
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and record messages accurately
- Maintain the reception desk and common areas in a clean, organized, and professional condition
- Manage mail, parcels, and deliveries according to building procedures
- Log daily activity, incidents, resident concerns, and important updates
- Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and fellow staff members
- Assist with contractor access and monitor work taking place on site
- Support resident requests in a polite, timely, and professional manner
- Help maintain building security and report concerns when required
- Follow site procedures, company policies, and management instructions
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of concierge, hotel, hospitality, or residential front desk experience preferred
- Previous concierge and/or hotel experience is strongly preferred
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to stay calm, respectful, and helpful in a busy residential environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Basic to intermediate computer and IT skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Must be comfortable working in person at a residential property
- References are required

You should be comfortable working with residents, guests, contractors, and management while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Experience in a hotel, concierge desk, residential building, hospitality environment, or similar customer-facing role is considered a strong asset.
