Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed Apply paint, coatings, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision Use hand tools and power tools for surface preparation and finishing tasks
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times while on the job, treating customers, clients, and their spaces with respect.
Qualifications Proven experience in painting in a residential, commercial, or industrial setting interior and exterior.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
The ability to work comfortably and safely at heights, including on ladders and elevated surfaces.
Prior experience with operating a boom lift is optional but preferred.
Pay per job structure allows skilled Painters to profit substantial from hard work and experience.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
