Revive Immigration & Visa Services is looking to hire a RCIC on full-time and permanent basis. Join our team as an Immigration Consultant and play a vital role in assisting individuals with their immigration needs. As an Immigration Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients navigating the complex immigration process.
RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) Responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice and support on a wide range of Canadian immigration programs, including Express Entry, PNPs, AIP, LMIAs, Work Permits, Study Permits, Family Sponsorships, and Visitor Visas.
- Analyze client profiles and recommend tailored immigration strategies.
- Present complex information in a clear and concise manner to clients, ensuring they understand their options.
- Manage end-to-end client cases, including consultations, eligibility assessments, application preparation, submission, and follow-ups with IRCC, Provincial authorities, Service Canada, and other authorities.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates, resolve queries, and maintain positive relationships.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, applications, and relevant documentation using databases.
- Ensure applications comply with IRCC guidelines and are submitted accurately and on time.
- Research and stay updated on changes in Canadian immigration policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Continuously assess and recommend improvements to workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to the ethical standards set by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
- Represent clients professionally and ethically as a licensed RCIC.
Qualifications:
- Active RCIC license in good standing with CICC.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in Canadian immigration pathways and policies.
- Strong understanding of Canadian immigration processes and requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- Proficiency in French, Punjabi or Hindi (an asset but not required).
- Experience in administrative tasks.
- Ability to computerize information accurately using various software applications.
- Familiarity with records management.
- Excellent written communication skills for drafting professional correspondence and reports.
- Knowledge of databases for storing and retrieving client information efficiently.
- Strong verbal communication skills to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds effectively.
Condition of Employment:
The successful candidate will be required to devote their professional immigration consulting services exclusively to Revive Immigration & Visa Services during their employment and disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest.
