About BEAUTYLUXEBEAUTYLUXE is a boutique lash + brow studio located in Toronto, ON, offering clients a personalized, private, luxury beauty experience. We are currently looking to welcome an experienced beauty professional to work within our space on a bed rental basis.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who already has an established clientele and is looking for a professional, aesthetically curated environment to grow their business independently while working alongside a supportive and collaborative studio owner.
Rental Structure
- Daily or weekly rental fee options available
- Keep 100% of your earnings from your own clients
- Opportunity for additional income through commission-based referrals from BEAUTYLUXE clients
- Flexible arrangements available and open to discussing customized agreements that work for both parties
Who We’re Looking For
- Passionate about beauty and client experience
- Certified and experienced in Eyelash Extensions with a strong level of skill and professionalism
- Minimum 6 months experience working on clients
- Lash Lift, Brow Lamination, Brow Waxing/Threading experience is considered an asset
- Motivated to continue learning and growing within the beauty industry
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Able to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
- Friendly, collaborative, and client-focused
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality beauty services to your clientele
- Creating a personalized luxury experience for every client
- Maintaining cleanliness and following proper sanitation/disinfection protocols
- Managing your own bookings, payments, and clientele
- Maintaining professionalism within the studio environment
