Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our manufacturing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in the manufacturing industry, warehouse operations, and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will support daily production activities, ensure safety standards are maintained, and contribute to efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with warehouse equipment or mechanical tools is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
Duties
- Assist with assembly line operations, ensuring products are assembled accurately and efficiently
- Support the setup and breakdown of manufacturing stations and work areas
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and materials to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and productivity
- Assist with inventory management, including loading and unloading materials in the warehouse
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly
- Support team members in meeting daily production goals and deadlines
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with manufacturing environments is preferred
- Graphic design knowledge or experience with printing equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
