Skilled Labourer
Company Overview
We are a growing construction company specializing in civil, marine, and structural construction projects throughout British Columbia. We are seeking motivated and experienced Skilled Labourers to join our team. The successful candidate will work alongside project managers, foremen, equipment operators, and tradespeople to safely complete a variety of construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform skilled labour tasks on construction sites, including concrete, formwork, carpentry assistance, demolition, and site preparation.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of structural and civil infrastructure components.
- Support equipment operators and trades personnel as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company safety policies, safe work procedures, and project quality requirements.
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and hazard assessments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction experience.
- Experience working on civil, marine, bridge, concrete, or structural projects.
- Ability to safely use common construction tools and equipment.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety practices.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Occupational First Aid, Fall Protection, Confined Space, or other safety certifications are considered assets.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, climb, and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime and Saturday's as required
Work Location: Various project sites throughout British Columbia. Currently filling roles for a project 1 hour North of Dawsons Creek at the Peace River Clayhurst Bridge.

Pay: $22.00-$42.00 per hour
