Duties

- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive and focused learning environment within the home setting.
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust instructional strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Incorporate special education strategies when working with students who have unique learning needs or disabilities.
- Foster strong communication with parents or guardians to provide updates on student progress and discuss instructional plans.
- Maintain detailed records of tutoring sessions, student achievements, and areas for further development to inform ongoing instruction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tutoring, teaching, or working with children in educational settings such as classrooms, childcare centers, or early childhood programs.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and learning technology tools that enhance engagement and understanding.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques suitable for various age groups and learning environments.
- Experience working with students with diverse needs, including special education or preschool experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with students, parents, and educational teams.
- Background in early childhood education or adult education is a plus for working with a broad age range of learners.
