We are a busy chiropody practice with four practitioners, multiple satellite office locations, and a dedicated team committed to providing excellent patient care. We are looking for someone who is ready to take on a leadership role and help our clinics continue to grow and operate efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced medical office professional- or a medical assistant, dental assistant, or other healthcare professional who loves building high-performing teams, improving systems, and wants to take on a greater responsibility.
Position Details
Position: Office Manager
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days a week
Evening Availability: Monday and Tuesday evenings as needed
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
What You’ll Be Responsible For
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the clinics, including but not limited to:
· Managing and coordinating clinic staff and daily schedules
· Providing leadership, guidance, and motivation to team members
· Helping foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative workplace culture
· Performing daily administrative and front-office duties
· Managing patient accounts and accounts receivable
· Processing insurance claims and third-party billing
· Managing accounts payable
· Using Quickbooks for bookkeeping and assisting with payroll
· Coordinating practitioner schedules and clinic operations
· Helping maintain efficient workflow between practitioners, administrative staff, and patients
· Communicating with patients, insurance companies, suppliers, and other stakeholders
· Assisting practitioners with patients when required
· Providing chair-side assistance as needed
· Helping patients with custom orthotics, footwear, stockings, and brace fittings
· Supporting operations across our satellite locations when required
· Identifying opportunities to improve clinic efficiency and patient experience
· Helping develop, implement, and maintain clinic policies, procedures, and protocols

Experience and Qualifications
· Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is strongly preferred
· Bilingualism is an asset
