Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Kombucha Production & Brand Ambassador to join our team. This role involves overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and safety standards, and representing our brand at events and in the community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthy beverages, food safety, and engaging with customers to promote our products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the food industry, contributing to innovative beverage manufacturing while building brand awareness.
Duties
- Assist with kombucha production and brewing
- Wash, sanitize, and prepare brewing equipment
- Can and package finished products
- Prepare customer orders
- Deliver products to retailers throughout New Brunswick
- Visit new businesses and introduce our products
- Help build relationships with existing customers
- Assist with farmers' markets, festivals, and promotional events
- Create simple social media content (photos, videos, stories, reels)
- Help merchandise displays in stores
- Maintain inventory and organize the production space
- General cleaning and keeping the workspace organized
- Pitch in wherever needed to help the team succeed
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Enjoys talking with customers and building relationships
- Organized and willing to learn
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving throughout New Brunswick for deliveries
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok is an asset
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required
