We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and personable Property Maintenance Person to oversee the upkeep of our Minden facility and self-storage units. This part-time role involves scheduled maintenance during the week. Work schedule times may be flexible. The commitment is approximately 3-10 hours per week, depending on the specific tasks required and the season. Artificial Intelligence is not used in the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities
· Groundskeeping: Maintain outdoor areas throughout the year, including weed trimming and seasonal snow maintenance.
· Unit Maintenance: Complete regular unit checks, inspect facilities, and handle minor repairs.
· Cleaning & Upkeep: Perform routine cleaning, equipment assembly, and waste disposal.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Physical Stamina: Capability to comfortably handle a physically demanding role.
· Weather Adaptability: Willingness and ability to work outdoors across all four seasons.
· Core Competencies: A reliable work ethic, a friendly demeanour, and effective communication skills.
