Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to oversee daily operations within our hospitality and food service establishments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of food industry standards, team management, and operational excellence to ensure the smooth functioning of our venues. The General Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards in food safety, hospitality, and overall guest satisfaction while managing staff and ensuring profitability.
Duties
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating team members to foster a motivated and efficient workforce.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, proper food handling, and cleanliness protocols.
- Supervise food service activities, including serving guests and managing hospitality services to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Implement and monitor operational policies related to food safety, sanitation, and overall restaurant management.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Develop staff schedules, oversee training programs such as food safety courses or hospitality workshops, and ensure team members are well-equipped to perform their roles.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly to uphold high standards of service excellence.
- Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, leadership development, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience to run a Hotel as a sales Manager
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
