Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. Duties
- Lead the development and implementation of robust financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee core accounting functions such as bookkeeping, account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
- Manage budgeting activities, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation
- Conduct risk analysis and develop risk management frameworks to safeguard assets and investments
- Drive cost management initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability
- Provide leadership and mentorship to finance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
Experience
- Must have a valid CPA
- Proven experience in corporate finance, including managing large-scale budgets and financial planning processes
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial services industry standards
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong background in risk analysis, risk management strategies, and account reconciliation techniques
- Familiarity with cost control measures, and business development activities
- Excellent analytical skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Prior experience in a senior finance role within a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
