Job Summary
Halo Outdoor Living INC is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman/Lead hand to lead and oversee landscape construction projects. Applicants will only be considered if they have a MINIMUM 2 YEARS of experience in landscape construction as a lead hand or foreman. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of hardscapes and irrigation with deck building and general carpentry being a huge plus! This role involves managing daily operations on-site, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining client satisfaction through professional project execution.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate landscape construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects
- Oversee the installation and repair of irrigation systems, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency
- Lead a team of landscape workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks based on project requirements and team capabilities
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards
- Maintain quality control by inspecting ongoing work and final results
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Manage equipment usage, maintenance, and inventory to support efficient operations
Skills
- Proven experience in landscape construction.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, horticultural practices, and landscape construction techniques
- Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership abilities in managing teams
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings related to landscape projects
- Good communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction and landscaping environments
Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
