Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and assistance throughout their visit
- Monitor play areas to ensure safety guidelines are followed and address any safety concerns promptly
- Engage with children in a positive, energetic manner to enhance their experience and encourage active play
- Enforce playground rules to maintain a safe environment for all visitors
- Assist with guest inquiries, provide information about attractions, and handle guest feedback professionally
- Support food service operations if applicable, including taking orders, handling cash transactions, and maintaining cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of the play areas, common spaces, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment at all times
Requirements
- Experience working with children or in customer service roles is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently in public speaking when needed
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Previous food service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for creating fun and safe experiences for families
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

- Secondary School (required)
Experience:
- kids activity/playground: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (required)
- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
