Assistant Superintendent
We are seeking a full-time Assistant Superintendent to live on-site and work at our residential apartment building in Toronto, Ontario. We invite teams of 1 or two to apply.
Salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 split equally between the team of two,
plus an apartment valued at 30, 000 plus benefits
Single candidates are offered $35,000 plus apt (valued at 30,000)

As strategic members of our team, you will have the following proven technical knowledge and skills:
- Self-starter
- Detail oriented
- Excellent cleaning skills
- Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, and maintenance
- Courteous and professional with employees and tenants
- Ability to show vacant suites to prospective tenants
- Assist with the preparation of vacant suites
- Experience in similar role required
- Ability to follow direction from Property Manager
