Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role requires excellent time management and customer service skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented for use.
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency in daily tasks.
- Communicate with guests to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns promptly.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by creating a welcoming atmosphere through cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and orderliness.
- A friendly demeanor with strong customer service orientation.
