We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to manage incoming service requests and coordinate daily schedules for our team of plumbers. This role is the central point of communication between the customers and our plumbers. You would be ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently and work orders are being completed in a timely manner. The successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and respond to service inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Receive, review, and process all incoming work orders from various sources.
- Contact customers to schedule service appointments based on availability, location, and service priority.
- Coordinate daily schedules for plumbers servicing multiple regions.
- Monitor plumbers progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as appointments are completed or priorities change.
- Reassign or add work as teams become available to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, appointments, and completed work orders.
- Communicate schedule changes, delays, and updates to both customers and technicians.
- Work closely with management to ensure service level expectations and contract requirements are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving scheduling concerns or appointment conflicts.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support daily operations.
Qualifications

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, service coordination, office administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, construction, or service industry is an asset but not required.
