Job Summary
The Sales Representative role is responsible for building relationships with clients, offering expert advice on products, and producing sales through exceptional customer service. This role will be required to build relationships with new clients, while maintaining and continuously checking in with current ones. .
Responsibilities
· Proactively identifying and engaging potential clients.
· Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key clients.
· Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets by actively pursuing new leads and closing sales.
· Maintaining up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of Centura’s product offerings and researching industry trends to provide the best advice
· Collaborating with internal teams to ensure we are meeting customer requirements and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
· Assisting customers in making product selections and supplying them with samples.
· Setting up product knowledge presentations for clients
· Assisting with showroom events, as needed.
· Attending Centura events, industry gatherings, and trade show
· Tracking and reporting on sales performance, customer interactions, and sale opportunities.
· Perform other duties, as required
Requirements
· At least 2 years in sales or similar experience role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
· Familiarity with B2B sales
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team
· A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
· SUV or larger vehicle
· Overnight travel as required

NOTE: Compensation includes base salary paid bi-weekly plus a commission structure that pays monthly.
