The Role: Primary Educator
As a Primary Educator, you are responsible for the full rhythm and experience of the classroom.
You are not simply supporting a program—you are leading it.
You will:
- Design and guide a structured, developmentally aligned daily rhythm
- Lead transitions, meals, rest periods, and learning blocks with clarity and calm authority
- Deliver programming grounded in Montessori and Reggio principles
- Maintain a composed, language-rich classroom environment
- Observe, document, and respond to student development in real time
- Build strong, professional relationships with families through written communication
- Uphold Blüm’s standards of tone, presence, and classroom design

Qualifications
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification (Alberta)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous classroom leadership experience preferred
- Alignment with Montessori and/or Reggio philosophy is a strong asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.80 per hour
