We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team as an Office, Admin, and Showroom Assistant. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role that offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development. Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will vary but may include the following:
- Customer Service: Answer phone calls, greet customers in the showroom, and assist with inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Provide assistance with day-to-day office tasks such invoicing, filing and data entry.
- Sales: Assist with quotes, orders, and customer follow-ups.
- Shipping/Receiving: Packaging, labeling, and coordinating shipments to customers and receiving orders from suppliers.
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate on social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Showroom/Office Maintenance: Ensure the showroom and office remain tidy, organized, and inviting for customers.
- Project Support: Provide assistance with estimating and coordinating large-scale projects.

- Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate various digital tools and systems effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Great interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

- Drawing or drafting skills would be a bonus but not required.
