You'll have the time, technology, and support to focus on what matters most—providing exceptional care and creating positive experiences for every patient who sits in your chair.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Hygiene Care: Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, scaling and root planing, polishing, fluoride treatments, oral cancer screenings, and preventive services tailored to each patient's needs.
- Patient Education: Help patients understand the connection between oral health and overall health while providing personalized home care recommendations.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Create a welcoming, comfortable environment where patients feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Team: Work closely with our dentists, assistants, and coordinators to ensure seamless patient care and treatment planning.
- Support Practice Growth: Identify treatment opportunities, educate patients on recommended care, and help patients take the next step toward achieving optimal oral health.
- Maintain Clinical Excellence: Ensure accurate charting, digital records, infection prevention protocols, and adherence to all regulatory standards.
What You Need to Succeed
- Registered Dental Hygienist licensed to practice in Ontario.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A gentle, patient-centered approach with the ability to help anxious patients feel at ease.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A collaborative mindset—you enjoy working as part of a supportive team.
- Experience with digital charting and dental software is considered an asset.
