About the Opportunity We are a professional wellness and medical aesthetics center seeking dedicated, registered counsellors and therapists specializing in addiction, mental health, and psychotherapy to partner with our business.
This is an ideal opportunity for practitioners looking to operate their independent practice without the financial overhead and administrative hassle of leasing, furnishing, and managing their own physical space.
What We Provide We handle the logistics so you can focus entirely on client care. Our partnership includes:
- Professional Clinic Space: Access to a premium, welcoming environment within our established medi-spa facility.
- Administrative Support: Dedicated receptionist services to assist with client greetings and facility flow.
- Marketing & Promotion: Comprehensive marketing support to help build and sustain your client base.
- Turnkey Operations: Ongoing logistical support and maintenance of the premises.
Your Role As an independent practitioner, you will retain full clinical autonomy, managing your own schedule and providing counselling and psychotherapy services directly to your clients within our shared space. We'll be offering both virtual & in person session.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active registration and in good standing with the appropriate professional regulatory body in Ontario (e.g., CRPO, OCSWSSW, CPO, etc.).
- Valid professional liability insurance.
- Proven expertise in addiction counselling, mental health support, or psychotherapy.
Compensation
- Revenue Split: Highly competitive 60-70/40-30 split.
