We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our dynamic cleaning team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, lobbies, and other designated areas within commercial facilities
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies to remove dirt, dust, stains, and debris efficiently
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces in high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and communal equipment
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all spaces
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment for yourself and others
Qualifications
- Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial settings
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and steam cleaners safely and effectively
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
- Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols in commercial environments is a plus
- Must reside either Carman, MB or Portage La Prairie
